Business Continuity 201:
Workshop for Testing your Plan with Exercises & Drills

You’ve developed your Business Continuity plan to make your business more resilient to potential threats and allow it to continue operations under abnormal conditions. You’ve identified the risks, analyzed the impact on the business, and designed a strategy and action plan.

Now, how do you know if you're missing anything? The next step in the Business Continuity Life Cycle, after you've trained all the players, is to test the plan. This workshop will help you understand the four different types of exercises to test your plan, and you will learn steps to create and conduct a table top exercise, and a debriefing to identify plan gaps.

Attendees will participate in a table top exercise for a fictitious business to illustrate best practices.

  • Why exercising your plan is necessary
  • 4 Types of Drills and Best Practices
  • Table Top Exercise Simulation

This workshop is intended for those who currently have a Business Continuity plan in place, have experience with Business Continuity plans, or attended our Business Continuity 101 workshop.
